Heavy-Duty Vehicle Moving Robot is an autonomous mobile vehicle transfer AMR with a rated load of 3000kg, developed for flexible whole-car transportation. It is widely applied in tractors, commercial vehicles, fire trucks, new energy electric vehicles, automobile manufacturing workshops and agricultural machinery assembly lines.
Adopting a detachable split structure, it is equipped with rolling roller clamp arms with adaptive clamping force adjustment to avoid damage to tires and car bodies. It fits vehicles with wheelbases from 2.1m to 3.4m, inner wheel spacing over 1200mm and maximum vehicle width within 2200mm. Powered by laser SLAM navigation, it achieves straight driving accuracy of ±20mm and reposition parking precision of ±10mm. Three operation modes (automatic, manual, remote control) with a maximum speed of 1m/s meet high-precision and high-takt transportation requirements of production lines.
Fitted with dual 48V high-capacity lithium battery packs, the robot supports three charging methods: automatic wireless charging, contact automatic charging and manual charging. With auto-charging function, it realizes 24-hour non-stop workshop operation and 8-hour continuous full-load running. Multi-layer redundant safety protection includes adjustable LiDAR anti-collision (0.1–5m detection range), dual side emergency stop buttons, tri-color LED sound-light alarms and IP54 protection grade. An emergency handle is available for manual operation under equipment failure to eliminate potential safety risks during vehicle transfer.
The robot features strong site adaptability: max climbing gradient ≤3% under full load and ≤4.3% with no load. It can pass steps within 3mm and ground gaps less than 8mm. Ideal for flat ground of auto assembly plants, agricultural machinery factories, special vehicle modification workshops and EV production lines. It replaces manual trolleys and tractors to realize unmanned whole-car conveyance, cut labor costs and boost workshop automation.
